Camping by the sea

From tent to trailer tent, from caravan to camper – at Klepperstee you experience camping as it was meant to be. Our renovated, natural camping lots offer tranquility, but you are still within walking distance of all the great amenities. Let go of the children at the (indoor) playgrounds, take a refreshing dip in the natural swimming pond, or enjoy a nice evening in our inviting bistro. And the best thing of all? The beach and the North Sea are only 900 meters away! 

At Klepperstee, like you, we like pure camping. That means more nature, more attention for each other, and really being offline for a while. No car next to the tent, no sanitary facilities at every corner, but a relaxed campsite atmosphere. Our camping lots are less suitable for large caravans or camping equipment with large awnings. Separate party tents or other large setups also do not fit within our concept of pure camping.

🚗 Car-free camping – To preserve tranquility and nature, cars are not allowed on the camping lots. Of course, you can load and unload.

🏕️ Specific spots – Additional tents are not allowed on our camper lots. When booking, pay close attention to the details of the camping lots: some are specifically designed for campers, while others are perfect for a small tent.

Drive-In RV Park (opened 365 days)

Just behind the dunes of Ouddorp is the Drive-In Camper Park. The camper park offers 51 large camper pitches with a paved driveway. With a brand new sanitary building, playground, free WiFi and a camper service station, this park is the ideal base camp on the border between South Holland and Zeeland. In addition, you will get to use all amenities and facilities at Holiday Park De Klepperstee free of charge.  You can also be at the North Sea, the Grevelingenmeer or the Brouwersdam within five minutes by car. The park is opened all year.

De Klepperstee has been a lively family business right behind the dunes of Ouddorp aan Zee for over fifty years. A vacation park of over thirty hectares in a natural area with camping spots for tents, caravans, campers and pop-up campers, and a bungalow and camper park. You'll find special facilities at De Klepperstee, such as the natural swimming pond and atmospheric bistro with indoor playground.  The enthusiastic entertainment team provides an active program at the camping and the Strandplein Ouddorp Duin almost every day. At a distance of just 900 meters, you will find the wide dunes, sand beaches, vast polders and natural areas with plenty of opportunities for cyclists and hikers. The Brouwersdam and the Grevelingenmeer are the hotspots for (kite) surfing, swimming, diving, fishing, sailing, blo karting, and power kiting.
